I have Windows Vista and I am trying to copy my ultrasound video from a CD… I don’t see a way to copy or save it.

do you mean you are trying to take the video from a dvd, and store it on your computer ?
if so, then you need dvd ripping software, you can’t just “copy and paste” from a dvd
or, if you get a drive simulator, you put the dvd in… it copies it, then you take it out
then, you go to my computer…and its stored as a drive, as if you have an extra dvd drive
